Upper Five Rogue Valley Acacia Barrel Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Borrowing from a European method, we fermented a portion of our 2019 Sauvignon Blanc grapes in Acacia wood puncheons. This very unique wine shows the aromatics of a ripe Sauvignon Blanc with notes of stone fruits and almonds. A pairing of a lightly smoked cheese or fish.
