Upper Five Rogue Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Fermented in a combination of jacketed stainless and Acacia puncheon.   A warmer growing season produced a crisp wine with stone fruit, balanced by the natural acidity of this varietal. Think summer salads and fresh shellfish.
