“This Riesling Ice Wine shows the elegance of tropical aromas and flavors of lemon and lime. The good acidity of Riesling allows for a refreshing mouth feel amid the many layers of flavors that unfold. Abundant aromatics of lemon, lime, peach and hint of spice integrate well with the rich concentrated flavors of apricot and fresh oranges. Pair with Seared scallops with apple celery slaw; rich creamy cheeses with peach chutney; crostini with goat cheese and a sprinkle of lemon zest; firm aged cheddar; lemon based custards and tarts. Alcohol 9.5%.”
