Validating Your Order
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity and compliance with state laws and regulations, by verifying your method of payment, delivery address or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Wines From Us Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or or to limit quantities in any order, without giving any reason or for no reason, if we determine it is in our best interests to do so. If we reject your order or reduce the quantities of any items in your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail and/or billing address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities
We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We also reserve the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or delivery/shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

All orders placed on our site are subject to product availability and will be delivered/shipped according to our delivery/shipping policies. In the event your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Errors on our site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund or other promotional offer or containing any incorrect information or typographical errors. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

What if I have a problem with my order?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we would love to hear from you so that we can have the opportunity to make sure you are satisfied with your experience with us.

Items Damaged in Shipping
In the event you experience a problem with a shipment from Wines From Us, please let us know! We will do one of the following:

  • Replace your damaged product.
  • Issue you a Wines From account credit.
  • Process a refund for your damaged items.

The choice is up to you.

Missing or Incorrect items
If in the rare instants we make an error of omission or inadvertently sent you the wrong item, we would like to resolve it for you as soon as possible! If we shipped you an incorrect item(s), we may ask that you hold on to that item(s) with the packaging they came in so we can set up a return pick up. If items are missing from your order, we are happy to help you process a new order; a Wines From account credit or a refund for your missing items.  The choice is up to you.

Unwanted order Return
We will happily assist you with any returns of items purchased that you no longer want or need.  Please let us know and we will arrange for the return and issue you a Wine From account credit or refund for your returned items, less the return shipping and handling charges. The choice is up to you.

Not Happy with the taste or product quality
Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with the taste or quality of any our products that you purchased and we will issue you a Wine From account credit or process a refund. The choice is up to you.

Vintage substitution – Why was a different vintage shipped than what I ordered?
On rare occasions, a chosen vintage of a wine may sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed.  With bottles of wine listed under $25, we will not hold up an order and will simply automatically substitute the wine with the comparable vintage.  Please be assured that we will only substitute with a vintage for the same type, varietal and winery.
