McBride Sisters Central Coast California Chardonnay 2021

Pale golden color. Aromas of lemon curd and honey, pineapple and ripe pear. Soft and balanced texture, with a slight hint of toasty oak that balances the palate and persists with the fruit. Complexity and character without weight. 

This is not your gramma’s Chardonnay. Drinks well with roasted turkey, salmon garnished with fresh dill, Alfredo pasta with spring peas, or grilled portobello mushrooms.
