Tasting notes

Crimson in color with aromas of blueberry, raspberry, spice and toasted oak. Our grape varietals are vinified separately and then blended prior to bo-ling, relying on taste and texture. Smooth and lush, this medium bodied blend has bright acidity with flavors of blueberry, cherry, strawberry, & spice. Pairs well with friends, good movie, or a good book!
Our favorite foods with this wine are: Pork tenderloin, prime rib, turkey chili, grilled coca-cola brined chicken or any day that ends in “y,” or your favorite pizza!

The Linen Red is created to be a drinkable, affordable every day red with a refined character. Grapes are selected from vineyards throughout Washington’s Columbia Valley. Fermented in small lots using traditional techniques.
