Our 2021 Linen Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in color with aromas of white peach, passionfruit, white pepper and grapefruit.  Flavors of citrus zest, peaches, kiwi and gooseberry. Medium bodied with refreshing balanced acidity. Pairs impeccably with freshly shucked Kumamoto oysters and a mignonette.
